Finding Myself Through Aesthetics
There was a time when I didn’t know how to dress. Not in the sense of fashion rules—but in the sense of identity. I wasn’t sure who I was becoming, and my wardrobe reflected that uncertainty.
Over the years, as I did deeper inner work and started to embody more of who I really am, my style shifted too. Each aesthetic “phase” wasn’t just about clothes—it was a mirror of my emotional and energetic state. And eventually, it became a tool for clarity.
I started a Pinterest board, not to chase trends, but to notice what I was drawn to. What colors felt like home? What silhouettes felt safe or powerful? Slowly, I started dressing in a way that matched the inside of me—not just what I thought I should wear.
Your style doesn’t have to be perfect. But it can be intentional. And sometimes, that tiny act of putting on an outfit that feels aligned can remind you of who you are.
I talk more about this in this week’s podcast episode. It’s a short one, but it’s close to my heart.
