This virtual 6-week guided somatic experience is designed to gently bring you back to yourself. No pushing. No performing. Through simple, powerful body-based practices, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s cues, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild trust in your inner signals.
You don’t need prior experience with somatics or mindfulness—just a willingness to show up as you are.

Do I need experience with somatics or therapy?
Not at all. This is beginner-friendly and trauma-aware.
What if I can’t attend live?
Recordings are available and practices are designed to fit real life.
Is this group or 1:1?
This is a small-group experience.
We’ll meet together each week in a live, guided session where you’ll be supported through gentle somatic practices and reflections. You’ll also have access to a private group space to share insights, ask questions, and feel supported between sessions. While it’s not 1:1 coaching, the container is intimate and personal—you won’t get lost in the crowd.
