By incorporating yoga into your staffs life, you can counter these effects and increase moral, productivity and joy.

We guarantee everyone will leave each class feeling restored and refreshed for their day’s work.

About our classes

Our classes are geared towards participants of all levels. No previous experience is required and flexibility is not a prerequisite. Instructions are provided as well as modifications so that classes are inclusive of all levels and injury prevention is maintained.

Options include:

  • Yoga for Tight Hips

  • Yoga for Better Posture

  • Yoga for All Levels

  • Yoga Flow (Vinyasa)

  • Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation

Each class begins with calming breath-work and ends with a guided meditation leaving staff ready to take on their day.

With an emphasis on breath attention, alignment, anatomy and strength, these classes are a wonderful compliment to hectic days and a sedentary life style. Classes are tailor based on your staffs needs; such as tight hips, and sore shoulders/necks.

Classes are 45 - 60 minutes
Offered live via Zoom or in person.

Corporate rates start at $200 and are and invoiced biweekly.


Virtual Yoga

  • Companies choose the time that fits their employees best.

  • Early morning / lunch time / after work

  • Virtual yoga is not the same as in-person classes. It’s more flexible. The entire family is welcome to join… at no additional cost.
    There are less barriers of entry, it’s more comfortable for those who are self conscious practicing infront of others (simply turn your camera off!).
    Great for teams that are geographically distributed in the remote world we now live in.


What you will need.

A quiet and comfortable space.

A yoga mat, comfortable clothing and water.

Optional:

  • Yoga block (substitute with books or a pot)

  • Yoga strap (substitute with a belt or scarf)

  • Cushion
